School Visits
We invite you to find out more about BEAM and our outstanding programs.
The best way to discover the BEAM difference is to visit our campus. We seek your active involvement as parents and guardians and we encourage you to visit often.
Open Houses, parent-teacher conferences, athletic events and other formally organized programs are great ways to get acquainted with our school.
In order to get maximum benefit from a school visit, prior arrangements with the main office are encouraged. When you visit the school, please report to the main office to sign-in, identify the purpose of your visit and obtain a visitor's pass. Depending upon the purpose of the visits, you may need to meet with Principal Butler and you may need to be accompanied by Mr. Butler, if the purpose is touring the school and/or visiting classrooms.
For the safety of our students, no visitor should go to a classroom or interrupt a teacher's class without prior consent and pass from the main office. Security staff will escort all visitors to their destination. Any unauthorized visitor on school property or any person who is deemed disruptive to the educational process will be asked to leave.
