BEAM is operated by its Board of Directors, a committed group of volunteers from the business, non-profit, and education community.
Linda Robinson-Prodoehl - Board President
Ms. Robinson-Prodoehl has been a member of the Board of Directors since December 2002 and has served as Board Treasurer from 2003 to 2008. She was recently part-owner and Executive Vice President & CFO of Connection Strategies Enterprises, Inc. (CSEI) an IT Consulting and Technology Services company. Prior to CSEI, Ms. Robinson-Prodoehl had a 17-year career with IBM. She is currently a part-time business and financial operations consultant.
M. Scott Niederjohn - Board Vice President
Mr. Niederjohn has been a member of the Board of Directors since January 2010. He is currently Charlotte and Walter Kohler Professor of Economics at Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Professor Niederjohn is also the Director of Lakeland's Center for Economic Education and the Coordinator of the college's honors program.
Mark Schug - Board Secretary
Mr. Schug has been a member of the Board of Directors since April 1998 and served as Board President from 2001 to 2008. He is currently President, Mark Schug Consulting Services and Professor Emeritus, Curriculum and Instruction for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He was a former Director for the university's Center for Economic Education.
Antoinette Davis - Director (Parent)
Ms. Davis has been a member of the Board of Directors since February 2011. She is a Social Worker and Case Manager with Integrated Family Services. Her daughter recently graduated from BEAM.
Gwendolyn Sylvestre - Director
Ms. Sylvestre has been a member of the Board of Directors since February 2016. She is the Agency Principal of Milwaukee Educators Insurance in Milwaukee. She earned an MBA from Lakeland College and was an adjunct faculty member at Concordia University.
Board Members Emeritus:
ReDonna Rodgers
Ms. Rodgers was a founding Board Member serving BEAM from April 1998 thru June 2014, including service as a past Board Vice President. She is Founder/President of the Center for Teaching Entrepreneurship, an organization whose mission is to expose 9-24 year olds to entrepreneurship and financial literacy.
Robert Wynn
Mr. Wynn was a founding Board Member serving BEAM from April 1998 thru June 2014, including service as a past Chairperson of the Fund Development Committee. He is a Business and Education Consultant and is currently project director for several innovative financial empowerment programs for Asset Builders of America, Inc.
